About Elpis

Elpis Mental Health was founded in 2024 by Stacey Miller LSCSW to provide therapeutic services to children, families and individuals throughout the greater Topeka area.

Sarah Kassin APRN joined the group shortly after to provide critical medication management to her clients. 

We are conveniently located in the Shadow Wood offices at 5855 SW 29th St. in Topeka Kansas.

Founder Stacey Miller LSCSW has grown her private practice to become one of most respected and experienced therapists in Topeka. 

Sarah Kassin APRN brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our practice and is committed to providing compassionate care to our patients.

We offer therapeutic and medication management services to families, children and individuals. We are unique in that we are a single resource for therapy and medications.
